Brenda Page is a long-time resident of Buncombe County and has served as the Executive Assistant to Sheriff Miller for the last four years. Brenda is the first in her family to work in law enforcement and views her role as a way to benefit the public and give back to her community.

“I feel closer to the families and individuals who are in need in our county. Working as the Executive Assistant to Sheriff gives me firsthand experience and understanding of the conditions in my community,” said Brenda.

Brenda stated, “I am blessed to work for Sheriff Miller.  The Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office hosted the 100th-year North Carolina Sheriffs’ Association Conference. It required months of planning and a great deal of coordination between our agency, numerous vendors, sponsors, and the North Carolina Sheriffs’ Association. The event was recognized as a tremendous success and reflected favorably on our Office and county. I was proud to serve as the organizer of this event for the Sheriff’s Office, and I am still proud of the collaboration of everyone involved.”
