On Friday, Feb. 14, former North Henderson High School standout Lexie Metcalf’s current college team, the North Greenville Crusaders, lost 7-6 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the UVA Wise Cavaliers.

The game took place at Bill Gatton Softball Field. This was their second matchup against the Cavaliers this season.

The Crusaders’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 22 at 12 p.m. at Jan McDonald Field against Ohio Dominican Panthers.
