On Friday, Feb. 14, former East Henderson High School standout Reece Alverson’s current college team, the UVA Wise Cavaliers, won 2-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Wingate Bulldogs.
The game took place at Ron Christopher Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Bulldogs this season.
The Cavaliers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 15 at 4 p.m. at Ron Christopher Stadium against Wingate Bulldogs.
