Haywood County Sheriff’s Office would like to announce the promotion of Matthew Shell to Captain of the Operations Bureau and Dustin Toon to Lieutenant of Criminal Investigations. We are thankful for their leadership, commitment, and many years of service to the citizens of Haywood County.
