The Tourism Development Authority meets at 8:30 a.m. on the fourth Thursday of each month in the Brevard/Transylvania County Chamber of Commerce conference room, located at 175 E. Main St., Brevard, unless otherwise posted. The November and December meetings usually fall around the holidays and are therefore normally combined into one meeting in late November/early December-date and time to be posted.
PLEASE NOTE - The Transylvania County Tourism Development Authority will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, March 24 at 8:30 a.m. in the Multipurpose Chambers at the County Administration Building, located at 101 S. Broad St., Brevard. At the conclusion of the regular meeting, the Authority will transition into a special meeting for the purpose of holding its annual retreat to receive updates from committees and discuss its strategic plan for FY 2023.
In accordance with NC Open Meetings Law, the meeting is open to the public. Anyone wishing to attend may do so in person or via Zoom Meeting software by emailing corey@explorebrevard.com at least 24 hours in advance.
