Post-Traumatic Growth seminar on April 29, 2022

Blue Ridge Community College is hosting an event called Post-Traumatic Growth on April 29. This event features artist/paramedic/firefighter Daniel Sundahl as its keynote speaker.

This event is free and open to all first responders, but registration is required, as seats are limited. It takes place in the Blue Ridge Bo Thomas Auditorium in its Sink Building.

The seminar will show you how to recognize the signs and symptoms of mental stress injuries, learn techniques to build resilience, participate in a mental health self-assessment, and much more!
