Last evening Assistant Chief Allison Taylor led some of our officers through a team building session. We learned about different communication styles, varying approaches to completing assigned tasks, and times when we can do a better job of listening to feedback from others versus when a swift decision needs to be made. We feel it’s important to improve upon our leadership skills through trainings such as these!
