Have you seen some of the amazing work done by our Tree Board in 2022? Perhaps you have and didn't even realize it!
The Tree Board represented Hendersonville at the Bee Bold Fest at Bold Rock in August, planted 30 trees along the Oklawaha Greenway, participated in multiple educational programs... and that's just the beginning. Watch out 2023, sounds like it's going to be another exciting year!
The Hendersonville Tree Board is a volunteer committee appointed by Hendersonville City Council. Its mission is to improve and maintain our urban forest, to educate citizens about trees and their economic and aesthetic importance, and to help implement the requirements of a registered Tree City USA.
