Good Evening we were just notified of a Gentleman who was going to businesses and churches offering to pave parking lots with excess Asphalt from job sites. The gentelman stated he worked with a company called Penny Paving. Captain Owen spoke with the subject over the phone and his story did not line up at all and there were a multitude of inconsistencies with that story. At this time this post is for your information so hopefully no one gets taken advantage of. The subject was driving a newer model gray or silver Toyota Truck and he went by the name Allen.
