Over the past four weeks, Deputies with the Haywood County Sheriff’s Office have made several arrests involving the trafficking and possession of Methamphetamine. The following individuals have been charged. Our office will continue to suppress crime and bring perpetrators before a court of law affording all due process.
Sheriff Wilke has this reminder to those that think they can bring these crimes into our communities – “If you bring, sell or deliver drugs into Haywood County - we will find you, we will charge you and ensure that you spend as much time behind bars as possible.”
In our system of Justice, persons charged with crimes are presumed to be innocent unless and until they are found guilty in a court of law.
